Returns & Refunds policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You are entitled to cancel your order before shipment confirmation without providing any reason.

  • Once shipment is confirmed, cancellations are no longer accepted and the return process below will apply.

2. 30-Day Return Window

  • Returns or refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery only.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days.

3. Restocking Fee

  • All approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

4. Return Methods & Costs

  • Drop-off at CSA location: Free of charge (only the 10% restocking fee applies).

  • Postal or courier returns: Return shipping costs and risk are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Properly packaged to prevent damage

6. Proof of Return

  • Refunds will only be issued after actual receipt of the returned goods or valid proof of delivered return shipment.

  • We are unable to process refunds without confirmation that the returned item has been received.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be approved if:

  • The request is made after 30 days

  • The product shows signs of misuse or improper handling

  • Proof of return delivery cannot be provided

8. Transportation Damage Exception

If damage occurs during transportation and is reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no cost

  • The damaged item will be collected at no cost

  • No restocking fee applies in this case

9. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
